The Forbidden City is in the middle of Beijing. For almost 500 years, it served as the home of emperors and their households, as well as the ceremonial and political center of the Chinese government. It was built in 1406 to 1420. It has 980 buildings and covers 7,800,000 square feet. In a nutshell: it's amazing.
Nana is amazed by the brooms and the fact that they sweep everything here.
