Well, things are a bit crazy around here, so most of the future posts will be short! I just want to conclude Nana and Grampy's visit with a couple more pics....
We went to eat "Peking Roast Duck" while they were here. The New York Times says it's one of the top ten restaurants in the world: Da Dong Duck. You have to call ahead about 5 days to reserve a table and order a duck.
We weren't really sure how to eat it. Below you see Nana eating what we all thought was a piece of bread. Turns out, it was a hollow biscuit to be filled with duck, cucumber, melon, and whatever you desire. Oops.
They brought our duck to the table and cut it into over 100 pieces.
The ambiance was very pretty.
I think we all enjoyed it very much!
We had such a great time when they visited. Bianca loved having Grampy there to be ready to play at 6am when she woke up and go "full speed" until she crashed at night. Trips to the clubhouse were mandatory.
They even got a little spa time in! A surprise birthday treat from us.
They deserved it!
We miss you both so much. Bianca has her "Grampy Gum" he left almost everyday. The girls just loved everyday they got to spend with their grandparents. Thanks again. We feel so blessed and so special you came to visit us. Hurry back!
