Had our weekly checkup today. Our doctor was not there. He was called out to two deliveries so we saw the midwife instead. She said everything looked good and that the baby had dropped significantly since our last visit (Thursday). I'm still dilated to 2cm, but now I'm 60-70% effaced and the baby is engaged at -1 (that means she's dropped down into my pelvic bone). Everything seems to be going perfect. My blood pressure was <120 and I honestly feel better than I have in weeks.
Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. We feel so blessed and simply can't wait to meet the new addition!
