Well, the real reason we came back to Illinois for a visit was for the wedding. Derek's sister, Abbey, married her love, Jon. That Friday was the rehearsal and dinner. It was a lovely evening. The rehearsal was short and sweet, and then off to dinner at Jim's Steakhouse downtown. Very yummy. Everyone had a nice time. We called it an early evening and headed off to get some sleep and rest up for the big day ahead.
